Tibetan bowls are a wonderful to balance the chackras and change consciousness from an altered state of anxiety and stress to a state of peace, relaxation and serenity, inducing spontaneous healing and mystical states and raising our vibrational frequency. Sound therapy is based on the principle of resonance, which a more intense and harmonic vibration infects a weaker, dissonant or unhealthy one.
